i have had an accident where my toenail ripped half off doctors had to remove it and then i ended up with no nail … decided as it turned summer that i will have acrylic glued on beatuiful but didn’t realise what i have done. Had a really bad case of the fungus disguasting smell and looks … so decided to try the apple cider vinegar. I didn’t take pictures as I didn’t want to even remember how they looked but could find links on the net for reference. So in the first 3 weeks I soaked my toe intesivley in the vinegar at firts did a 50 – 50 solution with water but then started to just do it in a little cup vinegar dip … and I could cut off all the nastiness from my toenail. It was all inbedded but I cut it all out didn’t mind the pain the goal was to get rid off all the yellow thick nail. It worked. This was in march now its June and my toenail looks pink only it started growing fully from the nail bed. I still file and cut the old nail (whatever is left from it) but I can say it doesn’t look 100 per cent yet but it is a very good progress so far. I now only have a cotton wool soaked in acv every other day and leave it on for a good couple of minutes. and every day after shower i dry my toe and then give it a wipe with the vinegar. I keep believeing that this is it now. Finally getting nice toe nails ps my other toe nail big foot started to turn wavy but the vinegar sorted that out of course i had to cut off the infected nail but by now it looks healthy and smooth.
